Wales is bordered by England to its east and the Atlantic Ocean and Irish Sea to its west. It is a mountainous country with over 750 miles of coastline and beautiful countryside. I haven't explored much of it since I was a child but intend to remedy this in the future. Given my liking for historic buildings the fact that Wales had about 400 castles, of which over 100 are still standing, either as ruins or as restored buildings means that it might take a while for me to visit them all.
