King's College was founded in 1441 by King Henry VI. The College Chapel, an example of late Gothic architecture, was built over a period of 100 years (1446 - 1531) in three stages.
King's was one of the first all-male colleges to admit women.

King's College Chapel Trinity Street The Pickerel Inn, Magdalene Street, one of the oldest pubs in Cambridge
